30 Days Wild is back for its fifth year and it looks like being wilder than ever!

Last year 30 Days Wild was a record breaker with over 350,000 people throughout the UK taking part, pledging to experience nature every day during June and carry out 30 Random Acts of Wildness, that’s over 10 million special moments with nature. From listening to bird song to eating lunch outside and watching butterflies; there are hundreds of easy ways to connect with nature.

Sign up for 30 Days Wild to receive a free pack full of inspirational ideas plus a wall chart to make memories of this extraordinary month, stickers to share and a packet of wildflower seeds. Sign up at: www.wildlifetrusts.org/30DaysWild
