Are you looking for a role working alongside dedicated nature reserves staff to manage 100 nature reserves in Lincolnshire?
Do you have a broad ecological understanding of Lincolnshire’s habitats, an attention to detail and ideally, specialist knowledge of an appropriate taxon?
An opportunity has arisen for a person to be based in the Nature Reserves department to support the work of our reserve wardens and office staff. The role has a broad remit, allowing the successful candidate to be involved in a wide range of activities, typical of this busy department.
Enthusiastic, practical, flexible and highly motivated, you will work closely with the Reserves office and regional staff in assisting with the running of Agri-Environment schemes, updating woodland plans, reserve management plans and reports on the Reserves database and maps on ArcGIS.
Despite the role being advertised as full-time, we are proud to operate a flexible working policy and encourage prospective applicants to discuss their requirements with us when applying.
If this role sounds like the right fit for you, please read all the attached information and return a completed application form by noon on Monday 28 September 2026. CVs alone will not be accepted.
