About the event

Join Barton Area Group on their trip to Fairburn Ings and St Aidans nature reserves. A visit to 2 former open cast coal mines which are now magnificent RSPB wetland reserves, St Aidens has a good population of breeding Black Necked Grebes.

(There is a parking charge for non-members of RSPB).

The field trip will start at Ness End Farm at 9am where car sharing is available, and will finish around 4pm. 

All welcome, you do not need to be a member to join our activities.
