About the event

The UK's only venomous snake, the shy and beautiful adder, is in alarming decline. The heathland nature reserves and linked habitat around Woodhall Spa have one of the few remaining good-sized populations in the country. Kevin, who as Mid-Lincs Warden looks after several of the sites they call home, will explain what they need and how the management decisions now and going forward can help secure their future. He will also reveal the diverse reasons, some surprising, that they are so under threat.

Kev is a very informative and entertaining speaker and this should be a great evening. The event is organised by the Sleaford Area Group but everyone is welcome - you don't have to be a member of the group or the Trust! There will be an interval during the talk with a raffle and refreshments.

There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the hall or on the opposite roadside.
