About the event

This summer, join us for the first of our poetry exhibitions by local poet Sam Bartle. His poems are a fusion of Art & Science and an homage to the planets in our solar system and the dwarf planet, Pluto. The inclusion of Earth in the exhibition, in contrast to its neighbours, is intended to emphasise its beauty, preciousness, and fragility in the context of the climate emergency.

Sam was born in Hull and writes poetry and rhyming verse. His work has received publication in various journals and he has appeared at festivals, spoken word events and local radio.
