Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust is a voluntary charitable organisation which cares for Lincolnshire's wildlife and countryside. Founded in 1948, the Trust covers the whole of the historic county of Lincolnshire - from the Humber to the Wash.

Langholme Wood is a birch/oak woodland with open heathland areas.
Legbourne Wood is one of the largest ancient woods in eastern Lincolnshire and one of the Trusts largest wooded reserves.
The reserve consists of woodland of oak, birch, rowan and Scots Pine.
