About the event

The diverse habitats at Messingham Sand Quarry with wetlands, woodland and open areas creates ideal conditions for a wide range of songbirds. Expect to hear chiffchaff, blackcap, garden warbler and song thrush, plus the possibility of drumming woodpeckers and cuckoos.

You do not need to book on to this event, simply turn up on the day and enjoy the Dawn Chorus.
