About the event

Our Paws for Thought drop-in event is for people who regularly walk their dog/s along this stretch of coastline. Peta Brandwood (professional dog trainer) will be providing tips and tricks for dog owners including using the Paws for Thought pledge.

Free tea and coffee for humans and a free goodie bag courtesy of Burns pet foods for your dog! There will also be an opportunity to complete a survey for people to share their opinions about dog walking on the reserve – this will help inform a new access management plan for the reserve so it's a great chance to have your say.

Events are on the third Saturday of every month, from April until August.

Subject to weather and Covid regulations. Social distancing measures will be in place.

This event has been organised by the Dynamic Dunescapes project. Dynamic Dunescapes is an ambitious project funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund and the EU LIFE Programme, to restore sand dunes for the benefit of people, wildlife and communities. Find out more on their website:
