Explore the outdoors this half term. Venture on our Autumn or spooky nature trail, or take part in a wild-time activity at Far Ings; there's plenty to encourage children to get off the sofa and enjoying an outdoor adventure.

Printed copies are also available from the Natural World Centre at Whisby Nature Park from Saturday 22 October to Sunday 30 October between10am to 4pm daily.

Halloween self-guided trail at Gibraltar Point
Come and discover some of nature's spooky secrets in our family self-guided trail. There is a spooky chocolatey prize for all those brave enough to complete the trail and return to the visitor centre.
£1 per child. Available from Saturday 22 to Sunday 30 October, 10:30am - 3pm from the Visitor Centre.

Seasonal outdoor activities for pre-school children, £2 per child

Wild Play: Wiggly Wrigglers
Thursday 27 October, 1pm - 30pm
Discover the underground world of worms and have a go at making your own wormery. Booking required.

Information and Interactive Morning with the Louth Area Group of the Wildlife Trust
Saturday 29 October, 10am - 12pm
Children are requested to bring their parents, grandparents and friends together with examples of autumn fruits and seed heads to the ConocoPhillips Room at Louth Library. They will have the opportunity to discover how seeds are dispersed and to talk to local experts about wild flowers, bats, seals and otters.
Everyone will have the chance to purchase Trust goods including Christmas cards whilst having a coffee and a chat.
Children are not charged but adults have to pay £1.50.
